A  Proof of Meal Benefits Letter is not needed if the student attends a USDA-approved Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) or Provision 2 (P2)  School. (All students have free meal benefits).  

To view and print a copy of the letter, please follow the instructions below:   

Click the link below; select your school district & Continue.  Click on PRINT BENEFITS LETTER, and enter Student Number, First Name, Last Name, and Birthdate.  Click Search.  Scroll down to Search Results; click Print Benefits Letter next to student's name in the Print Link column.
